Our next client Sandra came and aced our program with early morning sessions. Coming in before work was the only way to get back on track. She had bad health habits and a very busy work schedule when she came in. She simply had no time for herself having to attend to her kids and husband once she got home.


Pedro came in with no prior workout history. He never trained before in his life so we had to start from scratch. He had very little stamina so we had to build his conditioning, strength, and work continuously on having proper form. His diet was the last thing that finally came together. In just 4 months, he had a complete transformation.


Geñaro reached out to us after a year when he felt his health was slipping. One of his biggest concerns in starting personal training was to not get injured as he had a history of that. We avoided certain movements and were very intentional with his form while he performed his exercises. Within 90-days, we were able to turn his health around and achieve very good results!
